On July 25, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On August 1, 2022, petitioner submitted the filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered July 25, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside.
