Application by Michael Rokeach and Gary Rokeach pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, both dated August 26, 2010, and an order of the same court dated November 22, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and reply brief of Michael Rokeach and Gary Rokeach shall be served and filed on or before August 31, 2011.
