On January 18, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called from the calendar at the remote trial session of the Court at Tampa, Florida on February 7, 2022. Petitioner, Jose Segura, appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed January 18, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 9, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
