ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon due consideration of the record in this case and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee is extended to May 7, 2024. If by May 7, 2024, petitioner does not file an amended petition and either pay the filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of the Filing Fee, the case will be dismissed or other action taken as the Court deems appropriate.
