ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Lewis R. Carluzzo, Chief Special Trial Judge.

A stipulation of settlement between Patricia A. Segel and respondent was filed on September 27, 2023. The case is now before the Court on respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution as to David, L. Segel, Deceased, filed September 28, 2023. Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of respondent's motion on Elissa Segel at the address shown for her in the paragraph 3(a) of the motion. If is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court also serve a copy of this Order to Show Cause on Elissa Segel at the address shown for her in paragraph 3(a) of respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that if she objects to respondent's motion, then on or before November 3, 2023, Elissa Segel show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted.
