DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to file late affidavit of service of notice of appeal and for extension of time to file pre-calendar statement.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file a late affidavit of service is granted, without costs, and the affidavit of service is deemed to have been timely filed, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the pre-calendar statement is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to February 23, 2015.
