MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: WHALEN, P.J., SMITH, CENTRA, PERADOTTO, AND LINDLEY, JJ.

Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered July 20, 2021, and August 23, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that with respect to the appeal from the order of Family Court entered July 20, 2021, the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion, which includes a financial affidavit that sets forth, among other things, the income, assets, and financial obligations of appellant's spouse, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal from the order of Family Court entered August 23, 2021, is dismissed on the ground that the order appealed from is not an order of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a]), and the motion with respect to that appeal is dismissed.
