APPLICATION OF PLAINTIFF SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION TO ADJOURN STATUS CONFERENCE SET FOR APRIL 19, 2005
On March 15, 2005, the Court entered an Order setting a status conference for April 19, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. to address the Court's concerns regarding the written submissions of two board members of the investor education entity. The SEC believes the new plan will address the concerns raised by the Court. The SEC has not made any prior requests for adjournment of this status conference. Counsel for the defendants have not voiced any objections to the SEC's Application.
Application Granted in part. The SEC must submit a new investor education plan to this court by May 5, 2005. The hearing is rescheduled to May 19, 2005 at 10:30 a.m.
SO ORDERED.
For the foregoing reasons, the SEC requests that the Court adjourn the status conference set for April 19, 2005.
