ORDER APPROVING RECEIVER'S FINAL REPORT AND PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION PLAN


Final Report and Proposed Distribution Plan. The Court, being familiar with the pleadings and papers on file herein and having carefully considered the Report was of the opinion, and so found, that it should be approved. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that the Receiver's Final Report which schedules all cash receipts and disbursements into and out of the receivership estate while under the control of the Receiver is approved; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Receiver is hereby authorized to make distribution payments to each person and entity in the amount set forth in Exhibit "A" to this Order. The Receiver is authorized to state on the face of each check that it shall be void if not cashed within 45 days and the Receiver is authorized to send a cover letter to each claimant in the form requested in the Report; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attorney's fees and expenses requested by the Receiver in the Report are hereby approved and the Receiver is authorized to pay Quilling, Selander, Cummiskey Lownds, P.C. the amount of $2,500.00 in fees and $6,760.23 in expenses; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the accounting fees requested by the Receiver in the Report are hereby approved and the Receiver is authorized to pay Litzler, Segner, Shaw McKenney the amount of $5,000.00 in fees; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Receiver is hereby authorized to abandon and destroy all records relating to the receivership estate at such time as the Receiver, in his discretion, deems proper, provided

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the receivership estate is hereby closed to any further proceedings and the Receiver is discharged from any further service or responsibility as to such estate; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Bond posted by the Receiver in these proceedings is hereby released.

SO ORDERED
