The Court following review of the Joint Stipulation and Motion for Limited Relief from Asset Freeze submitted by Plaintiff United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission"), by and through counsel, Karen L. Martinez, and Defendants Jon H. Marple and Mary E. Blake, by and through their counsel, Richard O. Weed, and good cause appearing;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that Defendants Jon H. Marple and Mary E. Blake are granted limited relief from the Order Granting Asset Freeze, Expedited Discovery and Prohibiting the Destruction of Documents dated October 16, 2003 (the "Asset Freeze") so that Jon H, Marple and Mary E. Blake may sell Four Hundred Thirteen Thousand Forty Two (413,042) shares of common stock of JustWebit.com represented by Certificate Number 3248 dated September 8, 2000 (the "JustWebit Shares") and the use the proceeds for living expenses.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Jon H, Marple and Mary E. Blake and the Commission have reserved all claims, defenses, objections to this proceeding in general and the Asset Freeze in particular.
