ORDER


WHEREAS this Court appointed Mr. Robert G. Wing the Receiver for defendant 4NExchange, L.L.C. ("4NExchange") on May 30, 2002, and

WHEREAS the Receiver, by Eighteenth Declaration and Report of Receiver dated December 9, 2003, seeks payment of the reasonable fees and expenses incurred by him, his associates at Prince, Yeates Geldzahler, and Mr. Alan Funk, C.P.A. as permitted under Section II(i) of the Order Appointing Receiver for 4NExchange, L.L.C., and the Order Approving Alan V. Funk as Accountant for Receiver dated June 17, 2002 it is hereby ORDERED that the Eighteenth Declaration and Report of Receiver dated December 9, 2003, is accepted and approved, and it is further

ORDERED that the Receiver may, pursuant to paragraph II(i) of the Order Appointing Receiver for 4NExchange L.L.C., pay from the assets of 4NExchange or the receivership estate the invoices of the Receiver and his associates at Prince, Yeates Geldzahler dated November 30, 2003, for reasonable fees and expenses totaling $16,631.66 and the invoice of Mr. Alan Funk dated December 2, 2003, for reasonable fees and expenses totaling $2,848.50.
