Decision

Monique Correa moves as limited administrator of the estate of Jacques Seccatore to amend the claim to substitute herself in place and instead of the deceased claimant, Jacques Seccatore. Defendant takes no position with respect to the present motion.
Jacques Seccatore commenced an action for negligence against the State of New York on or about November 18, 2014. Mr. Seccatore died on September 22, 2016 and Monique Correa was appointed as limited administrator of his estate. She was issued limited letters of administration on February 15, 2017.
Pursuant to Court of Claims Act § 15, the Court grants the motion and directs that Monique Correa shall be substituted as claimant in her capacity as limited administrator of the estate of Jacques Seccatore, in place and instead of the deceased claimant, Jacques Seccatore. The caption is hereby amended accordingly.
