This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Denver, Colorado trial session on January 9, 2023, for hearing on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed December 27, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. We directed the parties to submit proposed stipulated decision documents or file status reports by March 10, 2023, and advised the parties that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed December 27, 2022, remains pending. On March 10, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report requesting more time to submit proposed stipulated decision documents and providing the Court with petitioner's updated contact information. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May1, 2023, the parties shall file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case or submit proposed stipulated decision documents. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to update petitioner's contact information to the information provided in respondent's Status Report.

The parties are reminded that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed December 27, 2022, remains pending.
