Seawright v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
May 19, 1975
312 So. 2d 492 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1975)

Opinion

No. W-489.

May 19, 1975.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Duval County; R. Hudson Olliff, Judge.

Richard W. Ervin, III, Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Richard W. Prospect, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Appellant seeks reversal of his conviction in a jury trial on charges of possession of heroin for which he was sentenced to two and one-half years.

We have reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein and our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no reversible error was committed in the trial court. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence appealed herein are affirmed.

JOHNSON, Acting C.J., and BOYER and MILLS, JJ., concur.
