The petition in this case was filed April 3, 2023, but it was not accompanied by a corporate disclosure statement as required by Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 14, 2023, petitioner shall file such corporate disclosure statement. The Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 6, Corporate Disclosure Statement. A copy of Form 6 is also available under "Case Related Forms" on the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov/case_related_forms.html.
