Order entered May 29, 1942, unanimously modified by reducing the amount of counsel fee to the sum of $350, and the amount allowed for expenses to the sum of fifty dollars, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Order entered on or about July 17, 1942, unanimously modified by reducing the amount of counsel fee to the sum of fifty dollars, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
