Opinion issued August 29, 2006. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 1, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 001-84784-05. Affirmed.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, BRIDGES, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

William Keith Seagraves was convicted in a trial before the court of participating in a riot. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 42.02(b) (Vernon 2003). The trial judge assessed punishment at thirty days' confinement in jail and a $300 fine. We adopted a finding that appellant has abandoned the appeal and ordered the appeal submitted without the reporter's record and briefs. Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
