This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On January 23, 2023, the parties filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 24). By Order served February 8, 2023, the parties' Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On March 14, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the current status of the case and future proceedings. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's June 26, 2023, Jacksonville, Florida, special trial session beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time in Room 6A, 6th Floor, United States Courthouse, 300 N. Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. The report should also include a proposed pretrial schedule.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
