SCHEDULING ORDER
Appeals by, inter alia, St. Patrick's Church from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 30, 2023. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is
ORDERED that the appeal by St. Patrick's Church in the above-entitled action shall be perfected within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order; and it is further, ORDERED that if the appellant St. Patrick's Church does not perfect its appeal within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why the appeal by St. Patrick's Church should or should not be dismissed.
