This is a companion case to the suit entitled Scruggins v. Connecticut Fire Insurance Company et al., La. App., 137 So.2d 368, decided today.

The pertinent facts in the instant case are similar to those in the Scruggins case, supra.

For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment below is affirmed.

Affirmed.
