This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, for cases in which Portland, Oregon, is the place of trial.

On February 13, 2023, respondent filed a status report. In that report, respondent indicates that all issues in this case are resolved and that the parties require additional time to file a signed proposed stipulated decision.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 27, 2023, Portland, Oregon, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 13, 2023, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
