Appeals and a cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 11, 2022 (Case No. 2022-01895) and from an order of the same Court and Justice entered on or about November 14, 2022 (Case No. 2022-05238), and said appeals having been perfected, And defendants-respondents-appellants having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of their cross appeal under Case N0. 2022-01895, and, upon vacatur, for an extension of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal and reinstating the aforesaid cross appeal under Case No. 2022-01895 and extending the time to perfect same to the May 2023 Term of this Court; sua sponte, the perfected appeals under Case No. 2022-01895 and 2022-05238 are adjourned to said May 2023 Term of this Court.
