ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Gibbons, C. J.

This is an appeal from a district court order granting a preliminary injunction in a business dispute. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Adriana Escobar, Judge.

On December 15, 2023, this court entered an order granting appellants' counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel of record. This court directed the parties to provide an update regarding the status of the case in the district court. Appellants failed to respond to this order, and the mail for appellant Troy Fobbs was returned undeliverable. On April 19, 2024, this court entered an order to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed as abandoned. The order cautioned that failure to respond could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellants have failed to file a response. Accordingly, this court concludes that appellants have abandoned this appeal and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
