Supreme Court of Florida
Mar 7, 2007
953 So. 2d 520 (Fla. 2007)

Opinion

No. SC02-1043.

March 7, 2007.

Lower Tribunal No. 3D01-1563.

Upon review of the responses to this Court's orders to show cause dated July 28, 2007, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See State v. Dickey, 928 So.2d 1193 (Fla. 2006); Bates v. State, 887 So.2d 1214 (Fla. 2004). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).

LEWIS, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, CANTERO, and BELL, JJ., concur.
