The Court dismisses this appeal as untimely. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.141; Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b); see also Johnston v. State, 202 So. 3d 976, 976–77 (Fla. 1st DCA 2016) (citations omitted) ("[Rule 2.514(b)] does not apply to the 30-day period within which the notice of appeal must be filed because that period commences upon rendition of the challenged order rather than service of the order.").
