STEVEN LARUE SCOTT, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

An unpublished order shall not be regarded as precedent and shall not be cited as legal authority. SCR 123.

ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING APPEAL IN

DOCKET NO. 64823

These are proper person appeals from a decision denying a petition for a writ of mandamus. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jessie Elizabeth Walsh, Judge.

Appellant's appeal from the district court's decision was docketed in this court in Docket No. 62624. The clerk of this court inadvertently docketed the appeal in Docket No. 64823 as a separate matter when appellant filed a second, duplicative notice of appeal. Accordingly, we direct the clerk of this court to administratively close the appeal in Docket No. 64823 and transfer to Docket No. 64624 all documents filed or received in this matter.

It is so ORDERED.
