JUDGMENT


This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered,

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that:

1. Defendants' motions for summary judgment is granted. This case is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In addition, plaintiff is sanctioned $1,000. This sanction must be paid to the United States District Clerk for the Northern District of Texas before plaintiff can seek leave of court to file any future lawsuits in this district.

2. The Clerk shall transmit a true copy of this Judgment and the Order adopting the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge to all parties.
