Appeal, No. 100, March T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1958, No. 1801, in case of Samuel S. Scott v. Bart J. Scott. Decree affirmed.

Equity.

Decree nisi entered and findings of fact and conclusions of law of Auditor confirmed, adjudication by BRODSKY, J.; plaintiff's exceptions to the adjudication dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.

Guy L. Warman, with him Metz, Cook, Hanna Kelly, for appellant.

No oral argument was made nor brief submitted for appellee.


Decree affirmed. Appellant to bear own costs.
