Scott v. Scott

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Mar 19, 1986
484 So. 2d 653 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1986)

Opinion

No. 85-1699.

March 19, 1986.

Appeal of non-final order from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; John D. Wessel, Judge.

Esther A. Zaretsky, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Cynthia S. Greenhouse of Cohen, Scherer Cohn, P.A., North Palm Beach, for appellee.

We are affirming the order being appealed as we interpret it as having considered only two specific matters; namely, a writ of garnishment for past, not future payments, and an issue of jurisdiction of the person, not of the subject matter. We do not decide any issue of the applicability of garnishment for future alimony nor the right to modification.

ANSTEAD, LETTS and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., concur.
