James Douglas SCOTT Jr., Appellant v. Chriselda Sue Colvin SCOTT, Appellee

From the 38th Judicial District Court, Uvalde County, Texas
Trial Court No. 13-11-29640-CV
The Honorable Camile G. Dubose, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellee's brief was originally due July 6, 2017. After we granted appellee's first motion for extension of time, the brief was due August 7, 2017. When no brief was filed, this court sent a letter advising appellee the brief was past due and stating that if appellee failed to file a brief or an extension by a date certain, the matter would be set at issue without an appellee's brief. On August 21, 2017, appellee filed a second motion for extension of time, asking for an extension to September 11, 2017, thirty-five days from the August 7, 2017 due date, and sixty-four days from the original due date. After review, we GRANT appellee's motion and ORDER appellee to file the brief in this court on or before September 11, 2017.
