ORDER DISMISSING CASE [ECF NO. 38]

The Court is in receipt of the Motion to Dismiss Entire Action filed by Plaintiffs Leslie Ann Scott and Anna Loraeen Joven (together, “Plaintiffs”), (ECF No. 38), as well as Defendant Otis Elevator Company's Opposition, (ECF No. 40), and Plaintiffs' Amended Motion to Dismiss Entire Action filed in apparent response thereto, (ECF No. 41 (“Amended Motion”)). Having considered the parties' submissions, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court finds this matter suitable for resolution without a hearing. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 78(b); C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15. The Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs' Amended Motion and dismisses this case with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2). The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
