District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Oct 5, 1982
419 So. 2d 713 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

Nos. AI-147 and AJ-15.

September 8, 1982. Rehearing Denied October 5, 1982.

Appeal from Order of the Florida Parole and Probation Commission.

Charles T. Scott, pro se.

Malcolm S. Greenfield, Gen. Counsel for Florida Parole and Probation Com'n, Tallahassee, for appellee.

Scott raises eleven points for our consideration in his appeal of a Department of Administrative Hearings final order denying his challenge to various Florida Parole and Probation Commission rules and his appeal of the Commission's order establishing a March 4, 2092, presumptive parole release date. We affirm the final order upholding the Commission's rules and establishing the presumptive parole release date.

AFFIRMED.

SHAW and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
