ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

On February 20, 2024, the Court received a letter that was filed as the Petition to commence this case. On March 12, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioner had not intended to submit to this Court the letter filed as the Petition in this case.

On March 20, 2024, petitioner paid the filing fee in this case. By Order served March 21, 2024, the Court vacated the previous Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction.

On April 22, 2024, the Court received and filed a Letter from petitioner that stated, "The petition and subsequent payment of the petition filing fee were submitted in error and proceedings on this matter are no longer necessary."

In view of the foregoing, and for cause, it is ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is again dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
