DOUGLAS G. SCOTT, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

On November 28, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 9). On November 30, 2023, the Court entered and served the Stipulated Decision, and the Court closed this case.

On December 1, 2023, respondent uploaded onto the docket record of this case a second Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 12), which appears to be identical to the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed on November 28 (Doc. 9). On December 5, 2023, Court personnel confirmed that respondent filed the December 1, 2023, Proposed Stipulated Decision by mistake.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 12) filed December 1, 2023, is stricken from the record in this case.
