This case is calendared on the Court's June 20, 2023, New York, New York, trial session. On May 23, 2023, respondent filed, at docket entry #13, a document captioned "First Stipulation of Facts." Stipulations require the signature of all parties to the case. See Rule 91(b). The document in question is a proposed stipulation of facts, unsigned by either party. On May 24, 2023, respondent filed a status report indicating that this document was filed in error and requesting that it be stricken from the record.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the document captioned "First Stipulation of Facts," filed May 23, 2023, at docket entry #13, is hereby deemed stricken from the record of this case.
