ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court.

On March 22, 2023, docket entry 8, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that petitioner and the IRS Independent Office of Appeals have reached a basis for settlement in this case. Respondent's counsel requests sixty (60) days to file either a Status Report or a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 22, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
