ORDER


This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Supplement Plaintiffs' Memorandum of Law in Opposition to Defendant Brand Scaffold Builders, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 17). For the reasons set forth in Defendant's memorandum in opposition to this motion (Doc. 19), the Court finds that this motion is due to be and is hereby DENIED.

Also before the Court is Defendant Brand Scaffold's motion to dismiss (Doc. 6). For the reasons set forth in Plaintiffs' opposing memorandum (Doc. 14), this motion is due to be and is hereby DENIED, inasmuch as it seeks to dismiss Plaintiffs' claims.

The Defendant has also requested that the Court stay these proceedings and compel plaintiff Scott to pursue his claim in arbitration. (See Doc. 6). For the reasons set forth in Plaintiffs' opposing memorandum (Doc. 14), this request is also due to be and is hereby DENIED.
