Order

On order of the Court, the motions for immediate consideration are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the July 13, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should now be reviewed by this Court. The motion to stay trial court proceedings is DENIED. The motion to waive MCR 7.209(A)(3) requirement is DENIED as moot.
