ORDER DISMISSING DEFENDANTS STAFFORD CREEK CORRECTIONS CENTER AND TEAMSTERS UNION

The Court, having reviewed the Report and Recommendation of Judge Theresa L. Fricke, United States Magistrate Judge, objections to the report and recommendation, if any, and the remaining record, does hereby find and ORDER:
(1) the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation;
(2) plaintiff's claims against defendants Stafford Creek Corrections Center and the Teamsters Union are DISMISSED with prejudice, (3) plaintiff's remaining claims shall proceed as to the other defendants; and
(4) this matter is re-referred to Magistrate Judge Fricke, who shall direct service of the complaint upon the remaining defendants..
