The Court having conferred with all counsel, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:

1. These actions are consolidated for discovery purposes. This disposes of the motion to consolidate in No. 01 Civ. 8210 (docket item 17).

2. Any amendments to the pleadings or joinder of additional parties in nos. 02 Civ. 0008 and 02 Civ. 1190 shall take place on or before April 15, 2002.

3. In all other respects, the Scheduling Order previously entered in 01 Civ. 8210 shall govern all three cases.

4. These cases are referred to Magistrate Judge Ellis for settlement purposes.
