DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants-respondents for extension of time to perfect their appeals in case No. 515406 and to consolidate said appeals with appeal taken by appellants-respondents in case No. 518498.

Cross motion by respondent-appellant for extension of time to perfect its cross appeal in case No. 515406 and to consolidate said cross appeal with cross appeal taken by respondent-appellant in case No. 518498.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in support of the cross motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion to consolidate are granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals and the cross appeal in case No. 515406 shall be heard together with the appeal and the cross appeal taken in case No. 518498 and the appeals taken by appellants-respondents may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief and respondent-appellant may file a joint brief upon its cross appeals, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion by appellants- respondents for an extension of time to perfect their appeals in case No. 515406 is granted, without costs, and appellants-respondents shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief or records on appeal and briefs, in case Nos. 515406 and 518498, on or before June 9, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion by respondent- appellant for an extension of time to perfect its cross appeal in case No. 515406 is granted, without costs, and its brief or briefs, which shall also contain the points of argument on its cross appeals, in case Nos. 515406 and 518498, shall be filed and served on or before July 9, 2014.
