This case is set for trial at a time and date certain of Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, during the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On April 5, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion in Limine to Exclude the Expert Report and Testimony of Respondent's Expert Witness Meredith M. Meuwly. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall be prepared to present oral argument on the Motion in Limine at the outset of trial on April 12. Respondent may, if he wishes, e-file a response to the Motion or deliver a hard copy of his response to the trial clerk and petitioner's counsel by 9:15 a.m. Eastern time on April 12, 2022.
