Upon due consideration of petitioners' Motion for Continuance, filed March 10, 2022, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the April 25, 2022, Houston, Texas Trial Session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before June 9, 2022, to file with the Court a joint written report including a proposed pretrial schedule with a proposed date for trial.
