PHILLIP LYNN SCHWARTZKOPF, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 1 Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. 001-86990-2020 & 001-86991-2020

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL, JUSTICE

By order dated June 6, 2022, we granted retained appellate counsel's motion to withdraw and ordered appellant to file a brief by July 11, 2022. We cautioned appellant that the failure to file a brief by that date might result in these cases being submitted without briefing. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(4); Burton v. State, 267 S.W.3d 101, 103 (Tex. App.-Corpus Christi 2008, no pet.). Appellant has failed to file a brief or communicate with this Court regarding his appeals.

Therefore, we ORDER these appeals submitted without briefing. An opinion will issue in due course.
