Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal (M-742) taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 26, 2017, And plaintiff having cross-moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the cross-appeal (M-784) taken from the aforsaid order and judgment (one paper), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion and cross motion are granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal and cross-appeal to the October 2018 Term (M-742/M-784).
