ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal. Appellant has filed a motion to extend time to file his brief. In the motion, appellant states his brief is due June 22, 2017, and asks for an additional thirty days in which to file his brief, making the brief due - according to appellant - July 25, 2017. The brief is actually due June 22, 2017 - twenty days after the date the filing of the record was completed on June 2, 2017. Accordingly, after review, we GRANT IN PART appellant's motion for extension of time and ORDER appellant to file his brief in this court on or before July 24, 2017 - as July 22, 2017, falls on a Saturday.
