This case was on the Court's September 12, 2022 San Francisco, California trial calendar. We continued it because petitioner promised to file a new return to set out his position. Respondent recently reported that petitioner still has not done so, but is at least working with a CPA on the contested schedule C expenses. In order to allow petitioner sufficient time, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 10, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
