This case was calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 13, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.

On December 15, 2022, respondent filed a motion for summary judgment. On January 17, 2023, petitioner filed an opposition to motion for summary judgment.

On February 13, 2023, this case was called from the calendar of the Court's trial session in Baltimore, Maryland. Counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is
