In consolidated appeals in two stockholders' actions for an accounting for profits alleged to have been derived through the wrongful acts of certain of the defendants, the plaintiffs appeal from two orders staying the prosecution of their respective actions. Orders affirmed, with one bill of ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur; Carswell, J., not voting.
