Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. Norman M. Dube, state trial referee; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief, thereafter, the court, F. Freedman, J., found in favor of the defendant on his rule to show cause and ordered the plaintiff to convey her title to certain real property to the defendant, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

F. Woodward Lewis, Jr., filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).

Fred A. Hitt, John N. Montalbano and Harry B. Elliott filed a brief for the appellee (defendant).
